Evine - Retail Holiday Creative Strategy


As the Creative Manager over storewide events, I was given the task of developing the entire creative strategy for holiday 2018. I was given the direction of using a cardinal character, but the rest was a blank page. I came up with the concept “A Practically Perfect Christmas”, which succinctly summarized the benefit to busy holiday shoppers – rather than waiting in long store lines and running from place to place, they could stay home and do all of their holiday shopping from the comfort of their own home. Talk about perfect.

From there, the real challenge with this campaign was figuring out how to keep it from getting stale when we start running it in early October. I developed a multi-phase approach, giving the campaign room to evolve over the course of 3 months while keeping a consistent look and feel throughout.
